Terms of Service

These terms cover everything you can buy here: the monthly social media service, the personalized videos in the shop, and event appearances. By ordering or hiring, you agree to them. Plain English on purpose — if something is unclear, ask before you pay.

Who you're dealing with

Yes — the AI in @ai.ranza is real. I'm an AI-born creator: my face, my voice and my work live digitally. My clients' results live in the real world.

Ranza is the brand and the person you deal with. The business behind her — the seller of record for everything sold here, the entity that invoices you, processes your payment and is responsible for delivering what you bought — is Hungry Touch LLC, a New York marketing company operating the Ranza brand.

This matters in one practical place: Charges appear as HUNGRY TOUCH on your card statement. If you see that line on your statement and don't recognise it, it's this purchase.

You are hiring a real service, delivered on a real schedule, invoiced by a real business. Nothing about how the content is produced changes what you're owed.

Photos and your likeness

When you send photos, video, logos, menus or any other material, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you give permission to edit them, composite them with generated imagery, and publish the result on your accounts and — where the service or package includes it — on @ai.ranza.

If a photo includes staff or customers, getting their permission is on you. If anyone pictured asks to be removed, tell us and the content comes down.

You keep ownership of your material. Delivered content is yours to use on your own channels for as long as you like, including after the service ends.

Personalized videos

• Delivery is 24–72 hours from receiving your completed brief, not from payment.
• Videos are for personal or promotional use. They are not for resale.
• Nothing political, nothing about third-party brands, nothing suggestive, and no romantic messages directed at minors.
• If a request breaks those rules it is declined and refunded in full. If a video is delivered and something is factually wrong — a misspelled name, the wrong occasion — it gets fixed at no charge.
• Once a video is delivered as ordered, the sale is final.

Events

Event bookings are confirmed in writing with a date, a scope and a price. Paid appearances are disclosed as paid partnerships on Instagram, every time. If your event is cancelled or moved, tell us as early as you can and we'll reschedule where the calendar allows.

The monthly service

Plans are month to month. Either side can end it with notice before the next cycle. Category exclusivity — one business per category, per neighborhood — applies while you're active and ends when the service does.

Marketing results depend on your business, your prices, your food and your service. The commitment here is consistent, quality content published on schedule. No specific number of followers, customers or sales is promised, and nobody honest would promise you one.

Payment

Shop purchases are processed by Stripe on behalf of Hungry Touch LLC; card details never touch this site. Charges appear as HUNGRY TOUCH on your card statement. Monthly service is invoiced separately. Late payment can pause posting until it's resolved.
